Meet Jason
Jason has been a Funeral Arranger for just over three years now. Before joining Simplicity Funerals, he worked as a Business Development Officer, but he felt drawn to a career where he could truly make a difference. He chose this role because he wanted to support families at their most vulnerable time and work in a profession that is meaningful, rewarding, and centred around helping others.
What he enjoys most is being able to guide families through one of the most emotional moments of their lives with compassion, clarity, and care. He finds it incredibly meaningful to help people understand the funeral process and to create a farewell that truly reflects their loved one.
In his spare time, he enjoys exploring local cafés and restaurants around the Mandurah and Rockingham area — he loves discovering new places and supporting local businesses. He also likes spending time outdoors, especially walking along the foreshore, as it helps him unwind and reset after a busy week.
One thing many people don’t know about him is that he loves to travel whenever he gets the chance. He really enjoys learning about different cultures and seeing new places, and each trip gives him a fresh perspective and appreciation for life.
I would like to thank Simplicity Funerals in Mandurah WA for arranging my husband’s funeral with compassion, competency, and having the ability to explain the whole procedure in simple terms. A big thank you to Jason for making it easier for us with his sense of humour, and also to Tanya who related the story of Ralph’s life, exactly as we would have if we had been emotionally able to tell the story ourselves.
