Meet Kaylene
Before starting her career as a funeral arranger over a decade ago, Kaylene worked at a truck & machinery auction house. She says, “I felt I needed a more rewarding position in customer service, and that is how I found my way into the funeral industry”.
What do you like about being a funeral director?
If I can help families through a difficult time and make a difference for the better, then I feel like I have done something worthwhile for the day.

What do you enjoy in your spare time?
I am a passionate Western Bulldogs (AFL) supporter and go to as many games as I can. I find it excellent stress relief to yell and cheer! I love to travel and have missed doing this over the past few years – I am eagerly waiting for the world to open up again. I also enjoy camping, just to get away and relax.
