Eva was wonderful and explained everything to us.
She was always happy to answer any questions that we had in a timely manner, and made us feel confortable with the whole process. The rest of the team on the day were also very professional, friendly and respectful. We had to organise dad's funeral quickly and Eva helped enormously to accommodate us. I rang a couple of other places and did not feel as comfortable with them. Would highly recommend!
Thank you Simplicity Funerals for being there for our family to give our mum a beautiful funeral that we were proud of.
Toni Curran from Roseville branch was informative sensitive kind & professional in guiding us through the process, costs & choices to tailor our send off to our mum. The team of genuine professional & caring people at a time when you’re in a fog is so appreciated. Thank you from our hearts, we value your services.

What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
Families must make the most difficult decisions as a time when They are not in a place to do so due to grief/shock / stress. What do you enjoy doing in your spare times?
I go to the gym (love is a bit strong) walking, spending time with my close friends & adult children as I am from UK so all my family live there. Still a fan of the movie experience when a good film is on.
