Simplicity are truly caring and very helpful and helped make it an easy process.
We had Geraldine and she was absolutely amazing and helped me so much with organising my mother's funeral and being my first time, she was so patient & she showed she cared. I really couldn't have asked for better funeral home to help organise the perfect funeral for mum. I highly recommend them.
Everyone at Simplicity Funerals were very helpful and understanding with what we need and what we were going through physical and emotional.
I would like to pass on my thanks and best wishes to all staff from myself and family for a great job they perform. Cheers.
We were greeted with such warmth and understanding, not having dealt with anything like this before.
Paul sat us down and went through everything with us. The funeral was beautiful, thanks to Simplicity Funerals.

What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
I love being a Mobile Arranger, and to be able to look after client families in the comfort of their own home and helping through the process of arranging a stress-free funeral is very rewarding to me.
What do you like about your local area?
My local area has lots to offer, from the foreshore holding terrific markets, the local RSL where we often are lucky to win a meat tray, plenty of restaurants and friendly neighbours. Our community supports the local land care and volunteers to help the local environment.
What charities does your brand/location support in your area?
We support as many as we can. Some include the Salvation Army, Samaritans, Senior Citizens, Local Business Networks, JP services, local Aged Care, Men’s Shed. Wherever we can offer help support in any way.
What makes your brand special?
Simplicity Funerals I find is affordable, professional, simple and supportive for our families. We treat each family as our own showing empathy, kindness and support. To watch families go through so many emotions on the day of the service, and to see a smile through some tears and a thank you makes my job so special.
What do you enjoy in your spare time?
In my spare time I enjoy cooking and entertaining. My signature dish is lobster thermidor, caught fresh by my partner Ted.
I also enjoy going out on our boat, it’s lovely to go out to sea on the weekends, and sometimes watch the whales while we are out.
What's one thing people don't know about you?
I’ve recently become a Nanna to a beautiful little boy, Marley, his smile melts my heart, just the best feeling in the world, they say it’s a deeper love and that is true.
