Simplicity Funerals is part of your community. Around Australia, our funeral directors are assisting a wide range of worthwhile causes and community initiatives. From Justice of the Peace services to supporting local clubs and festivals – we get involved because we are part of your community.
At Simplicity, we believe that a funeral home is an important community service provider. For all of Simplicity’s funeral directors, giving service back to the communities around them is a key part of their role.

Our funeral directors believe they can make a difference to the families of the communities around them. Whether it is by supporting them after the funeral is over, or by supporting campaigns that mean so much to all Australians, like Legacy and Lions Recycle for Sight, our funeral directors are always looking for ways to give back to the community.
In many states Simplicity Funerals is an active partner with a range of groups, providing information on a variety of funeral and funeral related topics to teaching institutions and groups. Simplicity Funerals has developed training courses for nurses, the aged care sector, the palliative care sector and celebrants.
In some states Simplicity's courses have been assessed and approved by profession-specific accreditation boards so that participants obtain credits towards their Career Professional Development requirements. It is also possible for attendance at some of Simplicity's courses to count towards the attainment of Certificates and Degrees.
The courses provided by Simplicity Funerals include: Communicating with Grieving People, Trauma in the Workplace, Dispelling Myths About Funerals and The Role of a Funeral Director.
