I am writing to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of Simplicity Funerals in planning and managing my father’s service. The day was extremely sad but what made it wonderful was the effort and professionalism of those concerned. I would personally like to highlight the efforts of Poppy for her guidance and professional manner. For my father’s service, I extend nothing but praise. One of the brothers said “This was the best funeral I’ve ever been to,” and many other people commented that “the celebrant was excellent”. It was a wonderful service. So, in closing, thank you for our very special day. Hopefully I won’t see you in the near future, but I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any of my friends and loved ones.

On the day of the service they were very helpful and explained everything that was happening. I can honestly say that their attitude and agreeable nature made it all go very smoothly.
